Meet Katya Borisova, Certified Residential Appraiser
Katya Borisova brings a unique blend of executive business experience and deep market expertise to every appraisal. Before becoming a certified appraiser, Katya earned her MBA and held leadership roles in corporate development and strategy at high-tech and services companies in Silicon Valley and Arizona.
Her passion for real estate began as an investor, and that experience shapes how she approaches every assignment. Today, Katya helps clients across Scottsdale and the Phoenix metro make confident decisions when buying, selling, financing, or settling property matters.

A divorce cost Katya Borisova the executive career she had spent years building, a moment that would have flattened most people. Raising a child on her own through the uncertainty of the COVID years, she had to rebuild her future from nothing.
She drew on everything that had already tested her: a Bulgarian childhood shadowed by political turmoil, and an arrival on American soil without a word of English. That resilience turned into action. She moved into real estate investing, earned her certification as a residential appraiser, and took on a larger purpose along the way, founding a Bulgarian school that keeps the language and culture alive for the next generation. What came next was far from guaranteed.
